When I first discovered pro-metabolic eating, I was shocked to hear everything I thought was “healthy” actually wasn’t healthy at all. I had spent a couple of years punishing my body with grueling, 5am, fasted workouts, 5-6 times a week and couldn’t figure out why I still was gaining weight.
